"My experience with single and multiple spindle automatic screw machines helped us transition in the 1970s to CNC machining.  Today our team has the skills necessary to use advanced laser technology to create complex and traditional machined components efficiently."

3D Custom Printing

 Custom Precision Machining

Our skilled machinists don't just specialize in mass-production or technically advanced services.  We still have the capability to dig back to our roots and offer custom machining on hand lathes and mills.  Request a quote today for information on the costs associated with our custom machining.

Advanced Manufacturing

Advanced Manufacturing, or the ability to utilize top of the line cutting edge technology to provide a manufacturing service is what AC Henry specializing in.  As of July 2017 we have entered into the world of "3D printing" both plastic and soon to be metal additive.  With these services we can offer highly specialized components constructed from the "inside-out" that traditional machining methods cannot produce or produce efficiently.  There are very few precision parts that cannot be made using this process, and this is the prime machine to use for prototyping a component.

Feel free to contact us for more information on how our advanced on demand manufacturing systems can assist you in your component needs.

Metrology

Metrology, our state of the art computerized measuring capabilities allow us to make many measurements on each part quickly, this in turn allows for higher percentage of parts to be 100% inspected.

We utilize this equipment to “reverse engineer” and create 3D drawings. We offer measuring services for precision metrology requirements.

Metallurgy

We at AC Henry have the capability to do case hardening and through-hardening of alloy steel. This process uses controlled conditions to ensure correct physical properties of the component.  Currently we are also capable of treating tool steel for small tools and other components of similar size.

Our oven is able to handle stock up to 24x24x36” dimensions. Contact us for more information on our capabilities to do your heat treating job

Reverse Engineering Products

Our capabilities include standard grading of metals, but now we have the ability to "reverse engineer" a component.  Placing a component on a table while running a contact sensor over it, we are able to sketch a virtual drawing with this process.  In layman's terms if you do not have a drawing for what you need created, we can help. We have the ability to convert to 3D drawing files to almost any computer file you may require.
